What are yours?

Does GROK stand for something?
Well, not like an acronym. But it is a Martian word from the sci fi novel in the 60’s by Robert Heinlein, and it's translation is ‘to deeply understand.’ Can you GROK it?!

What’s the difference between GROK and Big GROK?
Essentially, Big GROK cards are a larger version of GROK Games (10”x2.5” vs. standard card size.) Big GROK cards are designed to be used by teachers, trainers, and group leaders where the cards can be read from a distance. There are 75 Feelings and 75 Needs cards in Big GROK and 70 Feelings and 70 Needs cards in Grok games. See individual product descriptions for more information. 

What’s the difference between GROK and WeGROKforTWO?
WeGROK has two sets of 45 Needs/Values cards and 45 Feelings cards. The have been distilled down to include words that might be specific for relationship issues. WeGROK is meant to be used for a two-person conversation around a disagreement, making plans, or making a big decision. It focuses on mindful communication and reflective listening. It provides a structure for two people to follow... “Like having your own communication coach."

GROK is 70 Feeling and 70 Needs/Values words along with 20+ ways to play with the cards and is meant for a small group (could be one or two) of approximately 4-8 people who want to focus on learning empathy. It also has instructions for increasing emotional literacy and values clarification. So you might say it’s more of an educational game.

You could use the WeGROK cards for an empathy group, and the card selection is a lot less and does not contain the GROK instruction booklet.

So, it’s just a matter of what you want to do with the cards.

Shipping FAQs
International (outside the U.S.A. or Canada) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting. Please contact your local government for specific details.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please make sure your mailing address is correct when you enter your information. Once your order is processed by USPS, they are responsible for the delivery. If your order is returned to us with an undeliverable address, we will notify you and can resend your order to the updated address. You will be responsible to pay the extra shipping.

If your order is not delivered to you and USPS indicates otherwise, you may submit a claim through them. If your mailing address is not at a secure location, please consider having it sent to another location.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
