As Christine steps into retirement, a new chapter is unfolding—one I’m delighted to share with you.
I’m thrilled to introduce Claire Schwartz as my new partner and co-owner at GROKtheWorld.
Some of you already know her well — she’s been part of this work long before I ever arrived. And for those who haven’t met Claire: yes, she’s also Christine’s daughter. ❤️
Claire and I are now stewarding GROK together, and we’re energized and grateful for what’s ahead.Claire first joined Christine and Jean many years ago, back when Jean decided she was officially done with lifting heavy boxes and wrestling garage doors. That shift began the fulfillment era — and Claire built it with care.
She streamlined shipping systems. She took over website management. She quietly started doing… well, everything.
Eventually, she earned a well-deserved nickname: “The VP of Everything.”
So when I say she brings a deep understanding of GROK’s history, vision, and heartbeat — I mean it. And — just like Christine — she also brings a whole lot of love for this work and this community.
We both know we have big shoes to fill. And we’re ready — humbly, gratefully, and with a sense of possibility.
There is so much we’re dreaming into — more resources for educators and parents, new products, fresh partnerships, and continued support for emotional connection and learning at all ages.
